Kit for cleaning FAP/DPF filters. Includes two detergents: the cleaning liquid DATAFAPCLEANING (article Z350314) and the rinsing liquid DATAFAPRINSING (article Z350315), along with the spray gun DATAIRBRUSH (article Z750139).

Instructions for Use:

• For the assembly of DATAIRBRUSH: attach a compatible male quick coupling to the brass ball valve of the nebulizer with the air system present in the workshop. Screw the dispensing gun to the end of the yellow tube using the appropriate ring. Depending on the operation to be performed, attach the conical nebulizer or the special probe to the dispensing gun
• For the application of DATAFAPCLEANING: with the engine off and the exhaust system cold, spray, upstream of the particulate filter, about 750 ml of detergent (fill the nebuliser tank) towards the exhaust system outlet. Leave to act for 30/40 minutes
• For the application of DATAFAPRINSING: 30/40 minutes after the application of DATAFAPCLEANING, spray approximately 750 ml of detergent upstream of the particulate filter (fill the nebuliser tank) towards the exhaust system outlet. Allow to act for 4/5 minutes, then start the engine at idle and let it run for about 20 minutes. At the end of the operation, it is recommended to activate a forced regeneration cycle of the filter.

Warnings:

• Do not leave the two cleaning and rinsing liquids DATAFAPCLEANING and DATAFAPRINSING inside the dispensing cylinder DATAIRBRUSH for more than 60 minutes, as internal pressures exceeding 10 bar may develop.
• After each use, before storing the sprayer, ensure thorough cleaning and drying.
• Do not use the DATAIRBRUSH spray gun with solvent-based detergents.
