Connector for forklifts

Connector for battery charging connection for forklifts. Originally on many forklifts, today they are also used for many "flying" connections on trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers for various uses such as electronic covers, lift-lower, lift platforms, etc. in the absence of battery connection.

Instructions for Use:

  • Battery connection (female connector art. N435220 — N435320) up to 96 V: ensure fastening through the built-in bracket, using the 4 holes with a diameter of 7.7 mm. Check that the brass contacts do not show oxidation, mechanical damage, burn marks, dirt and moisture or foreign bodies. Follow the screw tightening instructions. At the end of use, apply the supplied rubber caps.
  • Connection to the charger (male connector art. N435210 — N435310) up to 96 V: the male connector is equipped with a handle and is normally never disconnected. For coupling with the female connector, a force greater than 15 N must be applied both during insertion and extraction. If the effort is less, the connectors should be replaced. Check that the brass contacts do not show oxidation, mechanical damage, burn marks, dirt and moisture or foreign bodies. Follow the screw tightening instructions. At the end of use, apply the supplied rubber caps

Warnings:

  • Before connecting the connector to the power source (battery, charger), ensure that the screws are properly tightened: screw M5x40 (male connector fixed screw contacts) maximum tightening torque 1.6 N/m, the screw must never exceed the outline of the nylon body, screw for securing the electric cable M8 recommended tightening torque > 4 N/m
