Crack detectors usable on any non-porous material. They consist of three products to be used in conjunction: cleaner, penetrant, and detector.
Allow precise and easy detection of all possible defects on welds or stamping of metallic elements, without destructive effects on surfaces. Ideal for detecting welding leaks, pits, fatigue cracks, and porous areas.

Instructions for Use:

• In the first phase: use the crack cleaner (code Z415180) to prepare the surface of the material to be inspected, removing any traces of dirt
• In the second phase: use the red crack penetrant (code Z415182) by spraying it abundantly on the surface, to allow the liquid to penetrate the defect by gravity and capillarity
• In the third phase: remove excess penetrant from the surface with the appropriate cleaner, then use the white crack detector (code Z415184) by spraying a thin and even layer, then wait for it to dry. All surface imperfections will soon be highlighted.

Warnings:

• Do not expose to temperatures above 50 °C
• It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests
